In May of 2016, a mutual friend of Mike and Suzy, invited Mike to her rooftop BBQ, stating she had a friend she though he should meet. That night was the first time Mike and Suzy met- and they quickly became inseparable.

Their first date was to one of Mike's gigs with Kills Again in Chicago and many more lunch dates quickly ensued. A fun summer of rooftops and music, made these two an official pair. Suzy met Arthur around his 2nd birthday and immediately fell in love with him, as well.

Mike, Suzy and Arthur moved to Lincoln Square in Chicago in 2017, and later that year welcomed Stella to the family. Life was great and all were thrilled.

On Valentine's day of 2021, Mike proposed to Suzy at the Pfister in Milwaukee after a morning at spa.

Of course she said, "YES!"

To round out a great year, Tommy was welcomed to the Philpot crew and our family was complete! He was the perfect caboose to our little family.

Along with of the chaos and fun of being a family of 5, Mike and Suzy decided to settle down further and got their first family home together in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin in May of 2022.

After 8 years together, 2 new babies and a family home, Suzy and Mike hope you can come celebrate the family, life, and love that that have built together as they finally tie the knot.
