Wedding Day Transportation:
3:45 - Bus will arrive at hotel
**Please be in the lobby by 3:45 if you plan on taking the bus to the wedding**
4:00 - Bus will leave for ceremony
5:00-5:30 - Bus will take guests to reception site
10:00 - first bus back to hotel
11:00- second bus back to hotel
11:45- final bus back to hotel
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity; we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding reception unless specifically indicated on your envelope or enclosure card. Thank you for your understanding!
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?
Yes! There will also be a shuttle from the ceremony site to the reception site as it is not walking distance.
What time should we arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We would recommend arriving by 4:15 at the latest.
It's about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot!! So give yourself plenty of time.
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
We kindly request an adults only celebration.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that you RSVP by May 1, 2024 to allow us time for final preparations.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that you please keep your phones away and be present for the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and will share the photos with you all!
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is preferred :)
