The wedding ceremony will begin at 4 PM, followed by a cocktail hour at 5 PM with light snacks to enjoy before dinner at 7 PM. The bar will be open—so sip, savor, and celebrate with us! Just don’t forget to tip the bartenders. Last call will be at 10 PM, so make the most of the evening. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that if your RSVP did not include a plus one option, that you please attend solo. As much as we would love for everyone to bring a guest, we can only accommodate so many at our venue. Thank you so much for your understanding!

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport. By requesting our block when you call, you’ll receive exclusive discounted rates. Reserving under our block also helps the hotel track our guest count for transportation arrangements. We’ll have a shuttle running to and from the wedding venue, so you won’t have to worry about driving after celebrating.
