We are at capacity with our venue, so we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to no children, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail. A suit or a dress shirt, tie optional. A floor length, midi, or knee-length dress, dressy pants and top are welcome. Please no jeans. The ceremony will be outside, so a jacket is suggested.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash along so you can tip your amazing bar tenders!

We have decided not to designate a hotel with a room block. However, we do have some recommendations, if you are needing accommodations. Sheraton Overland Park Hotel is a great middle spot between the venue and the rest of KC. Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe is 15 minutes from the venue and next to the highway for easy access. Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel is 15 minutes from the venue and located next to a lot of restaurants and stores.
