It all started with two kids that weren't looking for a relationship. Sydney and Dylan knew of each other for a few months before having the chance to really get to know one another. If you know Sydney then you know the way to her heart is ice cream. Dylan, Sydney, and friends were hanging out one day and went to get ice cream. Sydney had her stubborn side show and told Dylan the famous words "I don't want anything" and yet Dylan got her a hot fudge sundae not knowing this was the way to her heart.

Shortly after that Dylan decided to introduce Sydney to his family not knowing where the future would lead them but decided to take the leap anyway. It wasn't long after Sydney met his family that she felt a sense of belonging and fit right into his crazy, dysfunctional, yet loving family.

After going through college graduation, internships in Bemidji, and a few moves along the way Dylan and Sydney decided to move in together a few months later and have adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats over the last 3 years.

Throughout countless trials and tribulations Dylan and Sydney knew they were in it for the long haul. On July 18, 2023 Dylan decided to get down on one knee and ask Sydney to marry him. In good ole Sydney fashion her response was "you're joking!!" with an obvious "YES" after that.

To think it all started over a hot fudge sundae and a few late night conversations is crazy but Dylan and Sydney cannot wait to celebrate with you in the near future of what begins their lifelong story together.
