When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible.
However, the deadline to RSVP by is March 15, 2026. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to make you as ‘no.’ We need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!
If you are a pilot, we understand that you won't have your work schedule until the month prior. Please RSVP yes if you are planning to come, and then let us know ASAP if you aren't able to get the day off.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on your invitation and will be acknowledged on your RSVP.
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to all be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us.
Other than the ceremony, yes! Please free to take as many photos and videos as you like, including photos through the QR code that will be at your seat.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Drink responsibly!
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, as long as the weather is good, the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside.
Where should we stay?
Please check out the travel section! We have room blocks at two hotels in Spring Hill. If you don’t want to stay at those hotels, you can look for alternative accommodation in Spring Hill, Franklin, or Nashville, although it may be farther away.
Will there be transportation or should I drive?
There is plenty of parking on the property; however, if you’re drinking please consider alternate transportation.
Lyft is available in the area.
We will also have shuttles that will transport guests from the three hotels we have room blocks at in Spring Hill to the venue and back after the wedding. More information will be available closer to the wedding date, so be sure to check back about shuttle times!
What is the attire?
The wedding attire is formal garden party. Think floral and pastels! A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.
Please refrain from wearing jeans or sneakers. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white.
