Sydney and Ben met on Birthright in 2019. After 10 days of exploring Israel together, Ben extended his stay to spend more time with Sydney. They had so much fun together that they decided to keep in touch despite living in different cities.

They survived two years of distance, spending lots of time visiting each other's cities, with Ben in Chicago and Sydney in New York.

Finally, the distance came to an end when Sydney convinced Ben to move to New York, where they were neighbors in Kips Bay for a year before moving in together in Chelsea.
