This quaint, walkable area has plenty of boutiques, restaurants, bars, and charming history. For breakfast or lunch, try Frothy Monkey or Merridee's. For drinks, check out O' Be Joyful or JJ's Wine Bar. For dinner, Culaccino has phenomenal Italian food.

The Factory

This historic factory building is now a mixed-use space with local shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more. Stop by Judith Bright for jewelry, Honest Coffee or Franklin Juice Co. for a pick-me-up, Five Daughters for a treat, Mojo's Tacos for lunch, or the Sky Bar for a drink. Also, check out the farmer's market on Saturday morning.

Leiper's Fork

This small town is quintessential Tennessee. Out in the country, you'll find rolling hills, live music, mom-and-pop restaurants, and maybe even some celebrity homes. Whiskey lovers—take a tour and do a tasting at Leiper's Fork Distillery.

Parks

Harlinsdale Farm and Smith Park are two of Sydney's favorite places to unwind. For a casual walk or run, try Harlinsdale. For more of a hike, head to Smith.
