Ryan and Sydney first crossed paths at a Keeneland tailgate on April 7, 2017. After Sydney talked Ryan into being on her team for all the day's tailgate games, they headed into Keeneland together and enjoyed a day full of margaritas, sun, and horse racing.

After plenty of banter and funny texts were exchanged, Ryan and Sydney had their first date a week later on April 14, 2017 at Pontiac in OTR, Cincinnati. We have been inseparable ever since, and after dating for a year, moved into our first home together in downtown Cincinnati and the whirlwind romance unfolded. Our journey has taken us to many places around the world, and we now happily reside in Dallas, TX.

5 years later, we have spent lots of time together travelling, skiing down mountains, attending baseball and football games, sampling the finest craft beer and BBQ Texas has to offer, and learning about what it takes to build a life with someone. After returning to Keeneland with both of our families on April 10th, 2021, Ryan popped the question on a cool, quiet morning on the beautiful Keeneland grounds - and Sydney said yes!

We are so looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and can't wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people!
