A complimentary shuttle service will provide transportation to and from the Residence Inn by Marriott Short Pump at the Notch. Those who wish to utilize this service and are not staying at the Residence Inn may do so by parking their car at the hotel and catching the shuttle. Please be mindful of alcohol consumption if you plan to drive at any time after the reception. The bus shuttle will be located outside of the Residence Inn lobby. Pick up time to the venue: 2:45pm - please be in the lobby ready to go by 2:30pm. Residence Inn Address: 1800 Wilkes Ridge Cir, Richmond, VA 23233. The shuttle service will have two departure times from the venue back to the Residence Inn. If you plan to utilize the transportation, please make sure to plan accordingly. Early departure: 8:30 pm. Last departure: 10:30 pm.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate if you RSVP late. We will need to provide the vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. They are due by February 20th.

Please arrive at Avonlea Farms NO later than 20 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, get to the ceremony site, and find your seat.

While we would love to invite little ones, we are afraid that due to restriction on numbers we are unable to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. We hope that you understand and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved night out!

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Yes! There is room to park at the entrance of the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing the transportation that will be provided. pr carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

Yes! Between the ceremony and reception, there is not a lot of solid ground. A majority of the venue is grass or gravel so please make sure to plan accordingly with your shoe choice :)
