Sydney and Andrew both attended The Modern College of Design from 2018-2020. They had a few classes together and were officially introduced through mutual friends while getting frozen yogurt. Their friendship grew into something greater when Andrew asked Sydney on a date in March 2019. They went to Piada Italian Street Food for dinner and saw a movie at Cinemark.

6 years later, they have grown and overcome a lot together. They graduated during the pandemic, landed their first design jobs, welcomed their pup, Milo, to the family, and moved in together.


Andrew proposed November 17, 2023 at their apartment. He planned for them to recreate their first date, but instead of a movie he surprised Sydney with a family celebration at Condado Tacos.
