Sydney and Andrew cant really tell their love story without acknowledging their good friends who set them up.

It was the spring of 2017 in Athens, Georgia. It was a Friday night and Sydney was visiting her good friend, Mollie. The two girls were sitting in the stands of Foley Field watching a UGA baseball game. Thats when Sydney first saw Andrew standing on the mound. It wouldn’t be until later that night that Mollie would introduce Sydney to Andrew at a party. They spent the rest of the night inseparable.

After that night, a few weeks would go by with Andrew and Sydney both thinking they went to separate colleges and it would never work. Sydney was back in Athens visiting her friends when Andrew reached out to her and asked her to go out for ice cream. After that date, they both knew they had something special.

Summer of 2017, Andrew gets the opportunity of a lifetime and is drafted to play baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays. Sydney and Andrew stayed in touch throughout his first season. They would snapchat and talk on the phone daily. At the end of the season, Andrew came home and made it official with Sydney.

Since then, it has been 7 (almost 8) years of long distance and eventual togetherness, off season adventures, a golden retriever puppy, a new home, and lots and lots of love.

We cant wait to celebrate our love with our family and friends in April!
