Please RSVP by Friday, August 1st. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (with exception of our favorite nieces and nephews). We hope you use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm. To avoid being late and to help with the seating process, we recommend arriving at 4:15pm to ensure finding your seat before it starts.

Due to having our ceremony and reception in the same room, we will have guest sit in ceremony chairs and at tables. All will be able see the ceremony clearly. We suggest arriving early to secure a ceremony chair. Once the ceremony chairs are filled, guest will be seated at tables.

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the hotel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability under our blocks named Kay/Sweetman wedding.

We are not requiring a dress code! However, our wedding is giving black tie vibes and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us!

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot, please do! There will be a shuttle bus for guests to and from the venue and Fairmont hotels on Saturday only.

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please make sure to RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors!
