For our ceremony we kindly request that you do not have your phones out at any point, we will have a professional photographer there for that purpose and we do not want any of our beautiful photos to include cellphones in them. Once the ceremony is complete taking pictures is fine, just try to be aware of our photographers throughout the night as they will be working to get those perfect shots :) We would also LOVE it if you post any photos on social media that you use #HappilyEverHatcher in the post.

This will be an adult only event so we ask that you do not bring your children (anyone under the age of 18). Thank you for understanding!

We would love to see everyone dressed in their best! We are asking our guests to wear semi formal/dressy casual attire. Our colors are maroon/greens/golds - but feel free to wear what you’re most comfortable in :) Please do not wear white/off white/ivory.

We want to celebrate our day with anyone and everyone that wants to spend it with us, however, due to available space we may not be able to extend a plus-one invitation to everyone that we invite. You may bring a plus one only if your invitation specifies so. As we receive word from our invitees, if there is additional space that was not originally planned for then we may be able to extend a plus-one to those that were not already offered one. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, dinner will be provided buffet-style after the ceremony & cocktail hour. Please notify us of any allergies prior to the wedding date and we will work to accommodate you in any way we can!

We wanted to give a couple RSVP options to make it convenient for everyone, so you can RSVP directly through this website under the RSVP tab (this also allows for early RSVP before receiving your formal invite closer to the wedding) or you can mail back the RSVP card you receive in your formal invite. Once you RSVP if you need to make any changes please feel free to text or call me (Sydney) at 740-941-6146.

Please see the "travel" tab for lodging suggestions - reservations will need to be done on your own accord. The wedding venue is in Wheelersburg, but we've included both Portsmouth & Wheelersburg options.

When you walk in you will see a seating chart accompanied by a welcome drink, we will also have ushers to help you find your seats. Our seating arrangement is referred to as "California" style seating, so you will sit at your designated table for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception following.

Seating begins at 4:00pm, the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
