If you are around Thursday night, the wedding party will be at Jack Pine Brewery (across the street from the Holiday Inn) around 8pm. Feel free to stop by and get the party started a day early!

Absolutely! We want our guests not to worry about how they are getting to and from the venue. We will have a shuttle service pick guests up from the Holiday Inn in Baxter before the ceremony, and drive them back at the end of the night. If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn, you can still catch the shuttle service from the hotel. This will be the only location the shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests. Shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:00pm & 3:30pm. Early check-in to the Holiday Inn on Friday is available to accommodate getting ready in time for the first shuttle. If you choose to go on the first shuttle, there is a bar/restaurant at the venue called Notch 8 you can grab a drink or app at before the ceremony. Shuttles will depart from the venue back to the hotel at 10:00pm, 11:00pm & midnight.

Yes, there is free parking. You are also able to leave your car overnight if needed.

We have a room block at the Holiday Inn in Baxter, MN where the shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests. We also have a few other hotels listed that we do not have a room block under if you choose to stay somewhere else. Please view the Travel tab above for a link to the room block for Thursday (10/10), Friday (10/11), and Saturday (10/12) nights, although it is not required to stay all 3 nights. Early check-in on Friday (10/11) is available to accommodate time to get ready prior to the shuttles departing the hotel to the venue for the wedding.
