When Should I RSVP?

The couple kindly requests that you RSVP by April 12th, 2025, to ensure an accurate headcount is provided to the venue and that all dinner preferences are communicated to the caterer. As there will be a seating chart and a plated dinner for each guest, it is essential to RSVP to guarantee that those wishing to attend will have a seat and a meal during the reception.

What is the dress code?

The bride and groom are requesting that guests arrive to all wedding events in cocktail attire and in the following color palette for more cohesive photos. Cocktail attire for both ladies and gentlemen is formal and polished, yet leaves room for comfort and creativity to express your own style. Cocktail attire etiquette for ladies consists of cocktail, tea-length, midi-length and maxi-length dresses; or jumpsuits and tailored pantsuits. Footwear consists of pumps, kitten heels, or dressed-up flats. The bride and groom request no denim, sneakers, or flip flops. Cocktail attire etiquette for gentlemen consists of a suit jacket, sport coat, or blazer with a tie and dress pants. The bride and groom request no denim, sneakers, or casual boots.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promtly at 4:30 PM CST. The couple kindly asks that all guests arrive and are seated by 4:15 PM CST.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception?

The bride and groom kindly request an 'unplugged ceremony.' This means that all phones should be turned off or silenced and not used at any time during the ceremony. The couple wishes to ensure that all guests are fully present in the moment, free from distractions. They have hired a talented photographer, who will be more than happy to share any and all photos from the ceremony upon request. During the cocktail hour and reception, however, please feel free to take as many photos as you like!

Where should I park?

For the ceremony, a parking lot is located at the front entrance of the building.

For the reception, It is recommended to park in the parking garage attached to the Element Omaha Midtown Crossing hotel. You can validate your parking ticket upon arrival at the reception venue, the scanner will be located up at the bar for your convenience.


There are additional metered parking spots outside of the reception venue located in the Midtown Crossing Shopping Center, by Turner Park, located at 3110 Farnam St, Omaha, NE 68131. Parking spots at this location are limited, so please take that into consideration if parking here.


Metered parking hours of operation: Monday-Saturday from 9am-9pm CST with the exception of Sundays and holidays.

What is cocktail hour?

Cocktail hour is the time in between when the ceremony ends and the reception begins. In addition to canapés to be enjoyed prior to dinner, the bride and groom have arranged for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options to be served at this time for guests of all ages.

What will the bar experience be like?

A full open bar will be available, featuring spirits, beer, cocktails, and a curated selection of red and white wines. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided. The bar will close at 11:00 PM CST.
