Yes, there is a block of rooms available at the Holiday Inn Express Flemming Island. Please use the link on the "Hotel" page of this website to book your room. When you enter dates between 4/3/25-4/6/25, room rates will appear discounted as "The Short Wedding". The block includes "1 King Bed Standard" rooms & "2 Queen Bed Standard" rooms.

Yes, if you choose to drive to our wedding there is free parking available.

We ask that all guests refrain from photography or videography during ceremony, speeches & dances. We have spent our hard earned money to capture the day through a professional lens and would hate to see our loved ones holding devices in any photos/videos of those special moments.

Yes! There will be one bus running two trips from the hotel to the venue. Pick up times will be 2:50pm & 3:20pm for our 4:00pm ceremony start time. The bus will also make two trips taking guest home to the hotel at the end of the night. Please note Ubers/Lyfts are limited in the area if you are choosing to stay outside of the hotel block.
