We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. We ask that men wear a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress.
Is the wedding outdoors?
No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Cincinnati Club which is indoors.
When is the RSVP deadline?

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm so we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow everyone time to get comfortable before it starts. Please consider additional time to find parking if you don’t plan on taking the shuttle from the hotels. The venue will be open to guests no earlier than 5pm.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present and for our photographer to capture the best shots which we will share with you. Once the ceremony has concluded, please take as many photos as you’d like and don’t forget to share with us!
Is transportation provided to and from the ceremony & reception?
Yes! We will have shuttles running between the hotels (where we have room blocks) and the ceremony/reception. Shuttles will run from 4:45pm-5:15pm to transport guests to the venue, and will run from 9:30pm-11:00pm to transport guests back to the hotels.
If you plan to drive yourself, there is street parking located in front of the Cincinnati Club on Garfield Place as well as neighboring streets, or a parking garage connected to the venue with an entrance on 9th street (entrance to Cincinnati Club is on the west side of garage on level 5A).
If you prefer to get some fresh air, the hotels where we have room blocks are about a 5-10 minute walk!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Don't worry - when you RSVP, you will be asked to fill out a section on dietary restrictions/allergies. Please be as specific as possible so our caterers can accommodate these restrictions.
Can we bring our kids?
Invitations are specific and will include the names of your children who are invited. Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those guests formally invited in your wedding invitation.
