The wedding will take place on Friday, August 21st, 2026 at the Vail Golf and Nordic Club. Ceremony and reception details can be found on the "Home" page.

The venue does not provide parking onsite for guests, so we have arranged a coach bus from the Vail Welcome Center to the venue for guests. After the reception, we kindly ask guests to take an Uber/Lyft or private driver back to their accommodations. Please refer to the "Travel" page for more details on the provided transportation to the venue and recommendations for private drivers.

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and friends who have been part of our journey. Thank you for understanding!

We encourage guests to wear elegant, formal attire. The bridal party will be wearing black. Examples of appropriate attire are floor length gowns, formal jumpsuits, and suits with a tie.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

We love your little ones! However, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

For those not familiar with the effects of high altitude, please be advised to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated to avoid altitude sickness. Vail's elevation is above 8,000 ft, and we would hate to see any of our guests not be able to celebrate with us!

P.S. the effects of alcohol are also compounded :)
