We met in the 5th grade at Southwest Covenant and then we began dating in the 8th grade. We remained dating all throughout middle school and high school. After graduation, we went our separate ways, moving to Arkansas and Weatherford. We both came back to watch Covenant's production of Newsies after our freshman year of college and all those butterflies came rushing back. We talked and talked for the whole weekend, picking right up where we left off. There were 2 more weeks of school left, so we both went back for finals and when we came home, Grayson sent a not so sly message asking me if I wanted to go to dinner. He thought he was sneaky, but of course I knew what was going on. We went on our date and we so perfectly fit together and it felt just right. We both knew immediately that we were with our person. From there, we have been inseparable. Fast forward 2 years and here we are... Engaged!!! It was the most perfect and special night full of friends and family and so so much love! April 6th will forever be a special day in our lives! We couldn't be more excited and we are so overjoyed with all of the love and support we have received! We can't wait to start the rest of our lives together! And long story short... it's about time!!
