Once upon a time, in a prestigious country club, there was a chef named Ben and a bartender named Sydney. Ben and Sydney’s paths hadn’t crossed much. He was busy perfecting his culinary masterpieces, and she was busy pretending to enjoy rich people’s conversations about golf. While Sydney had ignored the new chef for many of months, it was only a matter of time before the two were forced to work the most dreaded shift together. Sunday mornings. The thing about the Sunday morning shift was the country club was a ghost town. You could almost see tumble weeds rolling across the dining room. So at last chef Ben took his opportunity to try and woo the bartender who paid him no mind. Deep fried french toast with a peanut butter drizzle. Made with such defined elegance Sydney had no choice but to try the delectable breakfast placed in front of her. Finally chef Ben had his opening. Sydney had finally opened up and the once dreaded shift soon became the twos favorite. They would spend every Sunday morning talking about anything and everything. Chef Ben found out bartender Sydney also wrote music during one of their Sunday morning talks. He took this opportunity to get her phone number by asking her to send him one of her recordings. While very sneaky, one could say it worked.Soon the two became inseparable, spending all their free time together. While they were both very different it somehow worked. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned to months, next thing you know the two would be together for years. While no longer a chef or a waitress, the old stuffy country club would always have a special place in both of their hearts. The End.
