Our team at the Marriot is monitoring the room block very closely, so there should always be availability in the block for everyone traveling. If there isn't, please check back a day or two later to give the team time to update the amount of rooms needed.

Once you are at either the Kahler or Marriott, you will not need to go outside to get from one event to the other. The ceremony at the Kahler is connected via skyway to the cocktail hour/reception area at the Marriott.
