Yes! Transportation service will be provided to take guests from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. The buses will be at The Hilton Garden Inn at 2:00 PM and leave for the venue at 2:20 PM. The buses to bring guests back to the hotel will have options to depart the venue at 9:00 PM or at the end of the reception (10:00 PM).
What is the parking situation if we choose to drive?
If you choose to drive to the wedding there is plenty of free parking! If you leave your car at the venue overnight, it must be picked up by 12PM on June 28th to avoid towing fees.
Can I bring my children?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be for adults only - that way everyone can relax and enjoy the evening! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. It's your chance for a much needed date night!
Can I bring a guest?
Although we would love to have as many people as possible celebrating with us, only those whose names are listed on the invitations will be able to attend. Our venue has a restriction on how many people it can accommodate, and we want to make sure there is room for everyone!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Hopefully if the weather cooperates, a little bit of both!(fingers crossed) The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. Guests can stay outside or go inside for cocktail hour.
Do you have a block of rooms set aside for out of town guests who will be joining you?
Yes! Our discounted block of rooms will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2Suites by Hilton. You can use the links in the "Travel" section to take advantage of this if you would like. Please make sure to book by May 26th.
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire.
Will there be an after party?
Yes! Please join us to continue the party at Jackson's Bar & Grill, which is connected to the Hilton Garden Inn.
