The ceremony will take place outdoors on a grass lawn and the reception will take place indoors in an air conditioned barn-- both will occur at Walnut Hill in Raleigh. The address is 1804 Carl Williamson Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ festive cocktail attire. The theme is fall garden party so think florals, patterns, jewel tones, floor-length dresses, a suit and tie or a sports coat. No jeans please!

Yes! White Horse Transportation will be picking up guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites on wedding day starting at 3:30 PM. There will be two 14 passenger vans. The last "run" will drop guests off at the venue by 4:45 PM.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors and partially covered with ceiling fans. The reception will be held indoors.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony starts at 5 PM sharp!

There is free parking on the premise! A large gravel parking lot will be available to all guests. There will be a golf cart driven by the venue's manager available from the parking lot to the ceremony site for those guests in need of assistance.

Yes, the venue is handicap accesible! However, the ceremony space consists of grass and gravel, so the bride has spoken with the venue to make accommodations for that space. After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall's side patio for cocktail hour. Passed appetizers will be served and the bar will be open.

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. A seating chart will be displayed on the side patio with an assigned table for each guest. There will be gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available and noted on the dish names at the buffet table.
