Sydney Walsh and Nathan Luther met during their Freshmen year of college at Michigan State University. Over the summer, Nathan began to develop a crush on Sydney, but waited until the following school year to start fully pursuing her. Nathan and Sydney began to hangout in groups and cheer for MSU during football games together. One day, Nathan asked Sydney to go on a walk with him around campus. They talked about their faith, their passions, and their interests. At the end of the walk, Nathan asked Sydney if he could take her out on a date. She said yes without hesitation! After going on multiple dates and getting to know one another better, the two of them officially began their dating relationship and pursuit towards marriage! After two years of dating, ups and downs, and making fun memories together, Nathan FINALLY asked Sydney to marry him. She, through many tears, said yes!
