Charleston is one of the greatest cities in the world and there is no shortage of things to do. From all the history to be seen to the incredible amount of delicious food-- we guarantee you won't have enough time to fit everything you'll want to do into just one weekend! Here is just a *FEW* of our favorite spots:
Get a drink at our favorite dive bar! Macs place has a deep connection in our relationship and BONUS POINTS, it is a Chicago bar!
Connor and I have made the 2 hour drive *exclusively* just for Lewis BBQ on multiple occasions. Caution! Be prepared to take a nap after!!!
Get THE BEST sandwich Becky and I have ever had! (Mozzarella di Bufala *add prosciutto*)
This is where Connor and I got brunch on our very first trip to Charleston!
Great vibe inside and out! This is where we went after getting engaged!
A fantastic brunch spot, though make a reservation or put your name down early since its always packed!
Shem Creek is full of bars and restaurants with beautiful waterfront views. If you're lucky you may just see dolphins jumping in and out of the water to say "hello"!
Visit Waterfront Park to see Charleston's famously beautiful Pineapple Fountain and get a stunning view of the harbor and the Ravenal Bridge!
Rainbow Row is another Charleston staple. Stunningly colorful and historic homes lining the street are just perfect. Its a great place to take a stroll or even get a quick photo op!
The Charleston City Market is a lovely place to stock up on local goods handmade right in this beautifully charming city.
The Gibbes Museum of Art is a great place to spend some time and explore the beautiful art and installations inside!
