Our wedding will be held outdoors at a rustic barn venue - think semi-formal meets garden party. Colorful dresses, suits, or jumpsuits are welcome! Please avoid white/ivory/cream colors. We recommend comfortable shoes for grass and gravel paths.

There will be signs and people directing you towards a gravel lot on the east side of the venue. If you have been to the venue before, they have changed the parking location for easier access.

Yes, please to call The Seasons Lodge direct at 812-988-2284 and ask for the Larson-Wheeler wedding block. Each reservation will need a one night deposit at the time they make their reservation. The second night can be paid at check-in. Any rooms not reserved by April 29, 2026 will be released for general sale.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time. Too early, and we will still be getting prepared. Too late, and you'll miss the ceremony!

We will be serving wine, beer, and malt beverages during our wedding. A list of items will be displayed at the bar. It will be open until drinks run out!

The specific people listed on your invitation are invited to our special day. When you begin your RSVP on the website, the names of those you are RSVPing for are listed. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate those specifically invited. Thank you for honoring our request!

We may have the ability to move our ceremony indoors to our reception area, but please plan accordingly for the weather. The ceremony may still need to be held outdoors.

We have two wonderful photographers there to capture the special moments of our day. During the ceremony, please turn off/silence all phones and leave them in your pockets or purses. We will share photos from our day with those invited. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take photos! If you take any good ones of the couple, feel free to share those.
