﻿Our wedding will be a semi-formal celebration, and we kindly ask that guests dress in polished attire. To create an intimate atmosphere, we are hosting an adults-only event, and invitations are extended only to the guest(s) listed on the envelope. Our Wedding

Old Town Spring is a popular tourist destination for families on the weekends, where they can spend time exploring its many shops and amazing restaurants. It's what lured us into Old Town Spring for many of our dates and what ultimately led us to get married here! With that being said, we highly encourage those who can to carpool and or drop off wedding guests who struggle with mobility issues at the front of the venue. We have included pictures showing the closest and easiest parking lot near the venue (130 Spring School Rd., take a right from Gentry St. onto Preston Ave.) As well as one on the other side of town (26514 Preston Ave, at the intersection of Noble St. and Preston Ave.) But parallel parking is available throughout the streets of Old Town Spring. Please note that if you do choose to park in the parking lots, there is a $5 parking fee for all-day parking, which the bride and groom will not be reimbursing said fee.

Ever since I first laid eyes on Sydney 5 years ago, working at our local college chicken shack, I knew she was going to be someone I would want to have in my life forever. From her looks to her charm, she's the entire package, and with every passing day, it still blows my mind that I have someone as beautiful and supportive in my corner, no matter what life throws at us. I know we have each other's backs.In our time together, we have traveled the world, made some amazing friends, and adopted two beautiful cats that we love and spoil every day. With every challenge and obstacle that we face as a team, we learn and grow from each experience, and have matured a lot since our college days.Looking to the future, we are overwhelmed with excitement and joy to see where the road we take leads us. Our wedding will be a beautiful celebration and a kick-start to our official union as one! We can’t wait to celebrate soon with all of our family and loved ones who have supported us along our journey together over the years!

Matt's Story

Seeing Matt for the first time was like something out of a movie, as cliché as it sounds. I was working the drive-thru window at Canes in good ole Huntsville, Texas, working with two close girl friends, we were gossiping and laughing away when we noticed someone new walking in. I immediately thought he was the most handsome man I had ever seen, and the ladies I was working with all agreed with me as we unanimously said, “Oh, he’s cute!”I was fortunate enough to continue working alongside next to Matt. While I was working in the kitchen one night with Matt, I got to see him in his natural habitat, a.k.a. being the friendliest soul I’ve ever met, talking with everyone, and lifting everyone’s spirits in the midst of a frustrating shift.I was leaning on the toast grill, admiring the man I had a massive crush on, when he started talking to me, and I told him I thought he was “really cool,” while I was thinking he was the most charismatic, charming man I’ve ever met, but that simple sentence worked in my favor!From there we started hanging out as a group with our Canes friends, each meet up making me more nervous than the last, over analyzing all of my actions, sometimes even having my nerves get the best of me to the point where I couldn’t make eye contact with him but my charms must have worked as he soon asked me to hangout just the two of us.Then I was blessed to get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to slowly fall in love with my best friend. I’m so lucky in this life to truly find my better half, the man who knows me better than I know myself sometimes, who can always make me laugh, and is my rock through this turbulent life.Thank you for reading this far and supporting our love story as we reach a new chapter in the Matt and Sydney saga! &lt;3
