Do I need a passport?
Yes, all guests, including children, need a passport!
Are children allowed to attend the ceremony/reception?
Whilst we love the little ones, we are having an adults-only ceremony. Only children apart of the wedding party will be allowed to attend the ceremony. Children are invited to celebrate with us at the reception.
What is included in my stay?
Moon Palace The Grand is an All-Inclusive Resort.
All snacks, meals, drinks (including alcoholic), non-motorized water sports, resort amenities, and full access to Moon Palace Resort Sunrise and Nizuck. You will have access to both Moon Palace resorts.
Is a payment plan provided for full payment?
You can make payments at any time by going to your invoice. Full payment is due by September 2, 2025!! Please save this date!!
Is airfare included in my stay?
No, flights are separate and airline of your choice.
Google Flights and the Hopper app are great sites to track flight costs.
Is transportation provided from the airport to the resort?
Yes! Transportation will be provided from Cancun International Airport to the resort.
