When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 25, 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount.
Can I bring a date?
The number of names listed on your RSVP card indicates the total number of seats we have reserved for your party, including your own and that of any guest(s).
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event
Where should I park?
There is a parking garage conveniently connected to the venue. However, the parking fee is determined by the hotel
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there are elevators on site
What should I wear?
Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies, midi formal, tea-length or floor length dresses and pants suits . Gentleman, dress pants and nice button up or suit.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Feel free to wear heels for the ceremony and photos, but we recommend bringing a pair of sandals or flats to change into for the reception if you want to be more comfortable while dancing and mingling.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on the rooftop, weather permitting
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We would love for you to be fully present with us during the wedding ceremony. Therefore, we kindly ask that you keep all cell phones and cameras put away in your purse or pocket until after the ceremony concludes.
We have hired a wonderful team of photographers who will be capturing every moment. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you wish during the cocktail hour and the reception!
Will there be a bar?
Yes, we will have cash bar during cocktail hour and the reception.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. Please arrive by 4:30PM no later than 4:45PM to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
We have secured a block of hotel rooms for your convenience. To receive the special discounted rate, please ensure your room is booked by September 24, 2025 at 12PM. You can find more information and booking details on the accommodations page.
What happens if I don’t RSVP?
We will accept no response as not attending.
Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?
Yes, please avoid wearing white or any color similar to white to respect the bride.
Is there a gifts registry?
Yes, we have a gift registry. You can find it on the “Registry” page. Contributions are greatly appreciated!
