Dalton and Sylvia's love story began during the peak of covid. Having known each other for several years through their siblings, they officially matched on Bumble, & had their first date during March 2021. Their first date consisted of a pizza party with Sylvia's family followed by watching Dalton's beloved favorite horror film, Halloween. Two months later, Sylvia asked Dalton to be her boyfriend in April 2021. Their first "real" date after covid was at Blake's Apple Orchard & Cider Mill. The couple says this is still their favorite date of all time.

Since then, Dalton & Sylvia have traveled all over the country together - Hawaii, Arizona, Georgia, and more. They both love trying new food & going on adventures with one another. If they are not working, they are often spoiling their pups - Zeus & Myra. Dalton proposed to Sylvia at Blake's Cider Mill while looking for Sylvia's first real Christmas tree surrounded by family in December 2023. They plan to start their forever in October 2024.
