Transportation by Amstar is included with your room reservation. Roundtrip transportation between the Cancun Airport and your hotel located about 25 minutes south of the airport between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

An Amstar representative (wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt) will greet you outside the terminal building and escort you to your transfer vehicle.

Redemption Information: At the time of purchase, reservations are confirmed electronically with Amstar. While you will not receive a voucher for this purchase, your confirmation will appear on your official trip itinerary. It is important that you carefully review your travel documents for instructions on how to reach your Amstar Representative.

Additional Information: Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, head directly outside the terminal building to meet your Amstar representative. Since you have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with timeshare representatives offering you information and products in the arrival hall. This will help ensure a timely departure to your resort.

Advisories: If you have purchased airline tickets as part of your vacation package with us, your flight information will be sent automatically to the transfer company. If you have not purchased airline tickets as part of your package with us, it is important for you to contact your travel agent with your flight details. Please note: you will be requested to meet with an Amstar representative at your hotel to schedule your return transfer back to the airport.

Handicap Accessible: No

Accessibility Details: If travelling with a wheelchair/scooter we strongly recommend booking the Private Wheelchair Accessible Van for a comfortable and seamless transfer experience. This transfer vehicle will not meet your accessibility requirement.

Cancel Policy: Cancels within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100 percent penalty of $53 per person.
