Our ceremony will be at Our Lady of Czestochowa at 3 PM. The doors will open for guests at ___ Please arrive at 2:45 at the latest.

For dress code, we ask that you wear semi-formal/formal attire, such as a cocktail-length or full-length dresses or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please refrain from wearing clothing in the colors of white, cream, champagne. Thank you!

For those who require an elevator, you can avoid the stairs of the Church by driving to the side entrance of the Church or by taking an elevator in the Visitor Center. Terrain does not have any stairs to worry about.

Transportation will be provided from the hotels that we have rooms blocked, which you can find under the "travel" tab. Buses will start at the Residence Inn at 4:20 and then stop at the Courtyard and then drop off at Terrain by the time cocktail hour starts at 5 PM. It will not do a loop, so please take an Uber or drive responsibly if you can not make the bus if you are staying at the hotel.

Depending on the weather! Terrain has an outdoor area for cocktail hour with fire pits, lawn games, and an outdoor bar. The reception will be indoors for dining and dancing.

Yes - there is parking available at the ceremony and at the reception.

We love your children, but due to space and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 21 at our reception. The only guests under the age of 21 will be those traveling from overseas. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so we can boogie the night away!

There is a space included on the RSVP card to put any dietary restrictions and we will accommodate to the best of our ability!

Yes! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at Terrain. We’d love it if you please party accordingly and have a way to get home (or to the hotel) safely.

Yes - please book your hotel rooms by August 20, 2024 to receive the block rate. There are two hotels available - Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott. There will be shuttles available for both hotels before and after the wedding.

We ask that guests do not take photos or videos during the ceremony in the Church and instead, be fully present in this sacred and special moment with us and enjoy the mass as we make the sacrament of marriage. We’ve hired amazing photographers and videographers who will be capturing the ceremony and we will make sure you see the photos and videos as soon as we do! We ask that you also put all phones on vibrate or silent as to not disturb the mass.

We are so excited to celebrate the day with our nearest and dearest and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. We have a strict guest list as there is a maximum amount of guests that are allowed at the venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

We will be sending RSVP cards with our official wedding invites about 2 months before our wedding date.

Yes! We will have our after party at The Pour House in North Wales (right around the corner from the Courtyard). It will be from 11:30 pm - 1 am. See you there! ;)
