Ryan and Sam first met on March 25th, 2022. Sam was out at a Garth Brooks concert with her girls, and they decided to go to the local country bar afterwards. While out and mingling, one of her friends asked her who in the bar she wanted to talk to. She immediately pointed at Ryan on the dance floor (as he was the tallest one out there) and said, "that one!" A swig of liquid courage later and she walked out and asked him to teach her the dance that was playing. Some stumbles here, a spin or two there, and the song was over. She thanked Ryan for trying to help her and off she went back to her friends.

Well, a couple dance songs later and it was Ryan's turn for some courage. He left the dance floor to explore more conversation with Sam. They went outside and talked for hours until Sam's friends were dragging her out to go back home. Right before the two parted ways Ryan asked Sam, "So what are you looking for anyways?" And Sam replied with, "Just a husband, nothing crazy." The two exchanged cell phone numbers.

The next night Ryan invited Sam back out to the same bar, however she had already had prior plans so she was unable to make it. He kept texting her throughout the night wishing she was there. She mentioned that she was free the next day so they locked in a real date and, well, after that date they never really separated. They would see each other in one way or another every single day for the next few months. They were inseparable.

Sam quickly met Ryan's entire family and they took her in with gracious arms. Ryan later got to travel and meet all of Sam's family where they fell in love with him too. It was clear to both families that these two were meant for one another.

Fast forward to today, they have traveled throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, Canada, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, New York, and look forward to more overseas travels ahead. They love going to concerts together. They enjoy dancing, pool days, and gardening together. All of this said if you asked the two what they are most thankful for, they would say, "thank god for country bars." ❤️
