Catering: Blue Ridge Catering

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour featuring light hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner. The buffet-style menu will include garden salads, Bourbon Molasses Glazed Chicken Breasts, Shrimp & Pancetta Pasta, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom Wild Rice, and Roasted Asparagus w/ Dinner Rolls.

Bar

Beverages will be served as a 'CASH BAR ONLY". Please bring cash, no credit cards. The nearest ATM is outside the venue.

Hotel

Please make a note of the following information: We have reserved a block of rooms at "Mainstay Suites Airport," which is an 8-minute drive to the venue. Alternatively, you can also consider staying at the "Hotel Roanoke," which is within walking distance to the venue. Please note that "Hotel Roanoke" has limited space due to the Virginia Tech Graduation, and they were unable to provide us with a discounted wedding block rate, as pricing varies based on the room type. For more information about the hotels, please refer to the Travel section.

Dress Code-Cocktail Attire

Men: Suit or Dress Shirt w/Tie Women: Dress or Pants suit or Rompers

Parking

There is a parking garage behind the venue where you can park, as well as street parking available, but both options require payment.

Wedding

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held inside at the Taubman Museum of Art. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue; if you wish to smoke, you will need to step outside.

Music

DJ A-1 will keep the party going throughout the night with a great mix of music.

Cake

Indulge in delightful treats with our Chocolate & Strawberry Cupcakes, provided by EllaCakes, and savor some guilt-free options with a selection of sugar-free treats.
