We have booked both double queen rooms and king bed rooms. The prices are the same for both, but vary depending on the number of people per room:

1 person-$99 per night

2 people-$99 per night

3 people - $107 per night

4 people - $115 per night

The hotel is nice, modern, and only 2.5 years old. The beds are super comfortable and it is only 6 minutes from Mr. and Mrs. John Weaver's house, 7 minutes from Mr. and Mrs. Winter-Flores and 11 minutes from the airport! Depending on traffic, it can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes to get to Ashton Gardens . There is also a hot breakfast that is included as well as a gym (because so many people will be working out), an outdoor pool and an outdoor modern fire pit area that looks fun to hang out at! The hotel also has an ATM machine on the first floor and washer and dryer on the second.
