11:00 AM - Key Pick up

1:00 PM - Room set up and unpack

2:00 PM- Lunch around the main fire pit

2:30 PM - Games at the ballinarena court

4:00 PM- Get ready for the rehersal dinner

5:00 PM- Wedding party meet at lakeside pavilion for rehearsal

6:00 PM- Leave for Dinner @ Gallos Italian Villa in New Castle PA

9:00 PM - Return home and have fire and dessert at main fire pit.

11:00 PM - Lights out

8:00 AM- Wake up and breakfast @ pavilion

8:00 AM- Bridesmaids will began hair and make up

10:00 AM - Games led by Dak and Gracie

12:00 PM- Lunch at the pavilion

12:30 PM- Free time/getting ready

2:00 PM - Photos begin for bridal party

3:30 PM- make way to Lakeside Gazebo

4:00 PM- Ceremony begins

4:30 PM- Cocktail hour at the Heritage Pavillion

5:30 PM- Reception begins at the Heritage Pavillion

8:00 PM - Bride and groom "send off"

10:30 PM- Ceremony ends

11:00 PM - Fire at the big fire pit
