Hi, this is Laureen and Tache and we are high school sweethearts who have been in love for years! We first met in Charlotte at our local church. We developed a friendship after Laureen went on a couple of dates with Taches neighbor. After a year of friendship, Tache asked Laureen on their first date. Eventually, we started dating and decided to go to BYU together. A year into college, Tache left on a service mission for his church. Taches mission consisted of limited communication such as weekly emails and no phone calls or texts for two years. When Tache came back, we worked through the post-mission awkwardness that usually follows, and started dating again. We are now happily engaged and are excited about our marriage in December!
