Where do I park?
We will have parking attendants directing traffic to ensure everyone is parked correctly. If you will need handicap accessible parking, please let a parking attendant know, and they will direct you accordingly.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Any outside alcohol will be confiscated immediately. We have our one-of-a-kind Grain Bin Bar centered in our venue stocked with the most popular beer, seltzers, liquor, and wine. Get ready for a fun night celebrating!
I drank too much! How do I get back to the hotel?
We offer our couples our own shuttle service. Please reach out to the bride & groom for more information. If they did not reserve the shuttle, you can reach out to Cortney at (402) 540-2429 for detailed information & reservations. Please DO NOT drive intoxicated!
Are kids allowed?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event (unless specified formally) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Is the venue inside or outside?
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be moved indoors for the rest of the night. It will be a little warm during July so dress accordingly! The Shed also has AC!
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
What time does the festivities start and when do I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4 pm and reception starts at 6:00 pm. Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you’re able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. Take into consideration travel time!
I’m coming from out of town, where do I stay?
The closest city to us is Lincoln 20 minutes away which has plenty of hotels to choose from! See the “travel” tab at the top of the page for a couple options for hotels!
What if I RSVP late?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we said “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. *before the ceremony begins, we will allow a minute for all to take pictures of us. Then we will ask to please put phones away for the rest of the ceremony*
What is for dinner?
We will be having pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches along with their delicious BBQ sauce. The sides will consist of macaroni salad, cheesy potato’s, and baked beans. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any food restrictions!
