Zach and Talia were really never too far apart from one another. Before meeting, they had lived a block away from each other, worked a building away from each other, shared the same friends, and sometimes even stood in the same room before Zach finally caught Talia's eye. It was at this time Zach lived in Mackay, ID and Talia lived in Fruitland, ID. However, the four hour distance hardly kept them apart. Weeks after meeting, Zach drove to Fruitland to take Talia on their first date, which really was not planned to be special in anyway. Zach picked her up for what was suppose to be a quick bite to eat after work. But instead, the date ended up being five hours of telling stories, laughing, and learning all about each others life. It was perfect. All responsibilities were forgotten. In fact, Talia was suppose to babysit her sisters and had an important assignment due for class, but missed both due to lost track of time. Zach and Talia spent the next few months driving back and forth from Fruitland & Mackay before meeting in the middle, Boise, ID. In Boise they spent the next year living and learning together, laughing, crying, working hard on their relationship, but most importantly, becoming best friends. A little over a year and a half of dating Zach proposed and that led us here today. Talia thanks her lucky stars everyday for the night that brought them together.
