Talia and Tyler’s journey began in St. Catharines in 2016, where they met by chance, and quickly blossomed into a lasting friendship and love.

Over the past eight years, they’ve built a life full of shared dreams, meaningful milestones, and quiet joys—from graduating and starting careers, to moving homes and raising their beloved dog, Gatsby.

Tyler’s kind heart and easygoing nature won Talia over from the start, while Tyler was drawn to Talia’s joyous personality and caring spirit.

On September 7, 2024, Tyler proposed at the picturesque Riverbend Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake, catching Talia by surprise with a thoughtful plan involving a pretend photoshoot and dream ring. The moment was made even more special by the arrival of Talia’s closest friends, whom Tyler had secretly arranged to celebrate with them.

Together, Talia and Tyler share a passion for their work, a love of red wine and cozy date nights, and a home filled with laughter, friendship, and the joy of hosting those they love most.
