Our story started when our mutual friend set us up for a phone call. The phone call led to a first date on 2/4/2020 and we have been together ever since. We found instantly that we have a lot in common in our interests, personalities, and values. We went on a few dates and then spent the pandemic together. Having each other and getting to know each other made it a lot less challenging to endure quarantine. We bring out the best in each other and have grown together and individually over the past three years. Our differences compliment and challenge each other to be better.

Ani was 14 years old when we met and it was an adjustment for all of us. It was worth all of the time and effort we spent assimilating into each other's lives. I became a better parent with Matt's support. In addition to the fulfillment each one of us brings, Ani is benefitting from having Matt to depend on, trust, and help her when she needs it. My mom always told me "You need someone who can help you like you help them." She would be so proud to know that is exactly what I found in Matt. The qualities I miss most about her and alive in him.

In a nutshell, we finally found our person and are so excited to spend our lives together!!
