Tamara and James met at Sydney University way back in 2007, starting off as good mates, with James officially asking Tamara out on April 3rd 2009 on a romantic walk across Sydney's iconic Pyrmont bridge: "we hang out all the time, we might as well start dating".

One of Tamara and James' first holidays together as a couple was a 3 month stint in South America, visiting 7 countries and developing a taste for Argentinian steak, Chilean pisco sours, roasted guinea pig and most importantly Travel...

Since then, Tamara and James have visited several continents together and relocated abroad, living in New York for 5 years and exploring 32 states and neighbouring territories; including the crystal blue waters of the Carribean enjoying the worlds best rum punches, skiing in Utah, hanging with alligators in the Louisiana bayou, hiking through many national parks including Yosemite, the Smoky Mountains, the Grand Canyon, Zion, Yellowstone and more, and making some lifelong friends along the way (we are looking forward to seeing you all at the wedding!!!).

Time flies when you're having fun - skipping forward 15 amazing years, James proposes on the island of love, Santorini! While walking from Imerovigli to Oia, James finds a quiet stop at a bench by a cliffside belltower, soaking in the views of the Aegean Sea.

We can't wait to celebrate with our favourite people as we enter this next chapter of our lives. Looking forward to seeing you all May 3rd 2025!
