We met in January 2020 and little did we know just two months later the world changed and we had "the talk" - should we quarantine together or not? We did, and in September 2021 we decided to quarantine together forever during a trip to Acadia National Park. We've enjoyed spending time in Colorado with Josh's family - hiking in the summer, skiing and snowboarding in the winter. We both scuba dive and dove together for the first time in Puerto Rico last summer. We've recently invested in some camping gear and have tagged along with Tamra's family on camping trips and taken a few of our own. We bought a new-to-us home at the end of 2021 and have been spending time with some renovations and enjoying our new neighborhood.

Tamra grew up in Texas with her mom and dad, Liza and Wayne, and two younger sisters, Whitney and Lindsey. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor's of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences. She is a licensed PMP working as a Project Director at Centric Software, where she's been a key team member for the past decade. Tamra is starting her second year on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Houston and is serving as the Community Vice President on the executive committee. Tamra also serves as the Philanthropy Chairman for Kappa Delta Houston Alumnae Chapter and volunteers for Girl Scouts of San Jacinto County where she received their 2021 Volunteer of Excellence Award. She enjoys reading and running, and just completed her second Chevron Houston marathon.

Josh grew up in Texas with his mom and dad, Eric and Sue, as the middle child with two sisters, Amanda and Alyssa. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Josh spent the first part of his career as a petroleum engineer in big oil working for BP which included a stint in Egypt, and BHP. Last summer he took the leap into entrepreneurship starting his own firm, Ascension Consulting Team. It's been a success right off the bat helping start-ups and small to medium sized business as their advisor promoting growth and efficiencies. When Josh isn't working, although by owning his own company he's almost always working, he loves to travel the world. He's adventured to over 50 countries staying in hostels, scuba diving, hiking, and camping along the way. Josh always prefers to participate in sports rather than watch them and loves to snowboard, hike, and bike, and would almost always rather be in Colorado.
