Their story begins with a cellphone, an app, and a finger swipe... that's right folks, they met online!

Justin and Tania met four years ago, by swiping right on Bumble, and had their first date on the patio at Joey's Chinook. They had a great time, but Tania was leaving for Indiana to pursue an optometry residency, so they weren't sure where this would lead. As luck, or Donald Trump, would have it, Tania ended up being deported back to Canada, due to a work visa issue, so Justin and Tania were able to start seeing each other more seriously, Good thing, because had Tania not come back from the States, they may not have ended up getting engaged/married, have their fur baby Lena, or have moved into their first home together earlier this year.

Justin and Tania like to spend their time going to different patios for drinks and dinner (probably because it is reminiscent of their first date), cooking different meals together at home, fighting over the remote (which Justin hogs ALL the time), traveling (when COVID becomes a thing of the past), and playing with baby Lena!
