What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a dark suit and tie.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. We kindly ask that you arrive at 3:30pm for the ceremony.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and the cocktail hour will be held outdoors if the weather permits. In case of rain, the ceremony and the cocktail hour will be held indoor near the reception hall. The reception will be held indoor.

What will the weather be like?

The weather will be warm during August. We suggest bringing sunglasses and sunscreen.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

The ceremony will start at 4pm and last approximately 30 minutes. Afterwards the guests will head to the cocktail hour for appetizers and drinks that will start at 5pm. The reception will start at 6:40pm and the first course meal will be served at 7pm. An evening of fun and dancing will follow.

The wedding venue is easily accessible by car or Uber.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is a free parking lot in front of the venue.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. It will be open bar all evening.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We do prioritize an unplugged ceremony with no cellphones or cameras. The photographer and the videographer will be able to capture the important moments of the ceremony. Feel free to use your cellphones and cameras outside of the ceremony.
