Our family did the dolphin experience and it exceeded our expectations. You get to interact with the dolphins and it is really cute! It is also walking distance from the Viceroy if you are looking for a fun excursion.

10 minutes from Viceroy, we recommend visit San José del Cabo downtown, Colourful flags flap in the wind on the streets of the Art District. Street art decorates the walls, colonial buildings line cobblestone streets, and galleries, boutiques and souvenir stalls beckon you in. Throw in a lively plaza with cheap food stalls and a wonderful atmosphere, and you have one of the most charming towns in all of Baja California Sur.

You will love spending the evenings in the main plaza, Plaza Mijares, watching local life in action. San Jose del Cabo felt distinctly less touristy, and it was so nice to see local kids skateboarding around the square, dance classes happening on the stage and families out together for dinner.

If your looking for a beautiful beach with easy swimming and snorkeling check out Playa Palmilla, a quick 5 min drive from the Viceroy.

Another famous beach with crystal clear water and great swimming and snorkeling is Santa Maria Beach which is a 20 minute drive from the Viceroy.

Flora Farms is a MUST see if you visit Cabo. It is a farm-to-table resturaunt that also has a shopping area, a koi pond and plenty of activities for the whole family. The food and ambiance are amazing!
