Our paths first crossed in September 2018 at a rooftop party where he was the DJ. We danced for one song and then parted ways without exchanging numbers or even names. Little did we know that our paths would cross again.

In March 2019, we met again at a birthday for a mutual friend's daughter. He was the DJ for the event and she was assisting with the festivities. At the end of night he asked me for a dance and they have been dancing together ever since.

Markey surprised Tanisha with his marriage proposal at a brunch for her birthday surrounded by some of their close family and friends. Her back was faced to him when he got down on one knee to propose and she turned around and was instantly shocked.
