What is the dress code?
The bride and groom would like you to be comfortable, so please feel free to wear something casual, yet nice. We just ask that unless you are immediate family, that you refrain from wearing the wedding colors which are black, rusty orange, and olive greens. Contrary to popular belief, white is OKAY!.
Immediate family are asked to wear wedding colors in shades of orange, greens, and other earthy tones for family photos.
Where is the wedding taking place?
The ceremony and reception will be held about 16 miles east of Helena, at Staubach Creek Ranch in Winston, Montana.
What time does the ceremony and reception start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, with the reception immediately following. The couple plans on taking any leftover bridal party pictures along with some family photos following the ceremony. After which, dinner will be available.
How do I RSVP?
Guests may RSVP via mail with the RSVP cards that will be included. They may also RSVP via The Knot wedding website.
Please be mindful of the RSVP cut off, which will be May 15th, 2026.
What accommodations will be available for out-of-town guests?
There will be camping available on site for those who wish to stay at the venue ($30/camper, to be paid to the venue host).
We will also have room blocks for those wishing to stay in Helena. More to come on that!
Are kids invited?
Yes!! Every single child in Tanner and Michaela's lives are just as special to them as their adult counterparts. They plan on having a kids table set up with some fun activities to keep them busy while the rest of us have a good time celebrating!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the size of the venue, only the people listed on the invitation are invited.
What's for dinner?!
This is probably the most important question! Tanner and Michaela are both foodies, and have taken the time to choose something that they both love. There will be a pig roasted on site, with side dishes to include roasted potatoes, caesar salad, and macaroni and cheese.

Will there be alcohol?
Yup! Please note that there will be a cash bar, will select beer, wine, and hard spirits. There will be an ATM on site if you forget to pull cash before you head to the venue.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you wish to give a little something extra, we would be honored to receive a contribution towards our honeymoon or house fund. After living together for several years, we're excited to take the next step in our journey, and your support will help make those dreams come a reality.
