For our out-of-town guests, we suggest flying into IAH, as it’s the closest airport to our recommended hotels and wedding venue.

The Woodlands hotels are about a 45 minute drive to the venue, so plan accordingly. To ease the stress of travel and ensure everyone can celebrate as they please, we have a shuttle taking guests to the venue and back to the Woodlands at the end of the night. We are going to recommend staying in the Woodlands as the Market Street area is going to be a great central point for the weekend. However, if you prefer to stay closer to the venue, Montgomery, Tx has several available hotels as well.

The shuttle to and from the venue will pick up and drop off at the Westin hotel. If you plan to use the shuttle, we recommend booking your stay here for convenience.
